Co-hosted by Jackie and David Montgomery & the Beevis Family, the Welcome Dinner sets the tone with relaxed cocktails, good food, and easy conversation—where introductions are made, old friendships are renewed, and the pace of the week settles into something unmistakably Southern.

Hunt Times
Hunt times may vary based on weather and field conditions. Please check with the hunt secretary for any last-minute changes. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled stirrup cup.
Attire Guidelines
Ratcatcher: Standard attire for weekday hunts (Monday–Friday). Tweed jacket, tan breeches, brown boots acceptable.
Formal Hunting: Reserved for Saturday's Formal Hunt. Traditional hunting attire with proper colors.
Country Casual: Smart country attire appropriate for the venue.
Coat & Tie: Jacket and tie for evening dinner events.
